What if I don't like any of the quotes?

You're never obligated to accept a quote. If none of the providers are a good fit, you can simply decline or not respond. You can also submit a new request with more specific requirements.

How does the AI know what service I need?

Our AI analyzes your description for specific keywords. For example, words like 'mowing', 'cutting', 'grass' indicate lawn care, while 'plowing', 'snow', 'salting' indicate snow removal. We've trained it to recognize hundreds of service-related terms.

What if I made a mistake in my request?

When providers contact you, ask about their experience, insurance, references, and reviews. All providers on LawnSnowPro must maintain an active subscription, which indicates they're actively running their business. Always feel free to ask questions before hiring.
